About Me

I am a third-year Communication Studies major from Louisville, Kentucky. Currently working as the Managing Editor for The Oberlin Review, I have also worked as a production editor and the Conservatory Editor for the same publication. I studied classical voice performance throughout high school, but after a year continuing vocal studies at Oberlin, quickly realized my passion for writing and communications.

My classical training allows me to write thorough and detailed critiques of music and performances, but I am also passionate about all aspects of the arts and social issues. I beleive media is an incredibly important part of how people see the world, and I work to make sure people are as informed as possible about pressing topics.
